Ms Hill is the consummate professional. She learned quickly what we liked and did not like, and converted that information into selected properties to view. We were not intending to buy a home on SGI when we were vacationing on the Island for the first time. We did not even notice which realtor's office we walked into while checking out the SGI Lighthouse. The sign outside said "Agent on duty", so we stopped by in the late afternoon. We had a lovely chat with Rick, who was going out of town that evening, but who took the time to get our information, show us a house, then fix us up with Chastity before he left. Very responsive. Once Chastity found us the house we purchased, she was meticulous in her attention to the details of the offer and negotiation.
